Everything about this place was perfect! Dr A was the most welcoming and helpful host, the room was immaculately clean. The home is located in a quiet/peaceful part of Chiang Mai but close enough to everywhere. We had an amazing stay here and booked to stay again when we are returning to Chiang Mai, would recommend this 100%!

Host is very friendly and considerate. Lots of water bottles prepared in the room. Coffee,tea as well as oranges, banana, boiled eggs were placed at the lobby every morning. As my departure flight was in the evening, the owner let me keep the room until late afternoon. I felt like visiting my relatives staying there.

It is not sound proof so If next door neighbour was noisy, it could be disturbed.

Dr. A and his sister Rika are very kind people and ready to help you anytime. The accomodation is very close to the old time, you can reach the temples easily, especially with the bikes which they gave us for free. In the lobby were free coffee, tea and fruits.

The cleaning could be improved.

This hotel is located in a quiet spot amid the bustle. The ancient town is within walking distance. The owner is incredibly warm and has a strong local touch. She was very helpful, recommending great restaurants and places to visit, and always offered us fresh fruit. You can really see her love for life in everything she does. We will definitely book here again next time!
