The place is well-furnished with a nice building and a firm, comfortable bed. It’s within walking distance to many local restaurants and a few convenience stores. It’s run by a lovely couple who offer a small bite to eat in the morning.

The room was huge, and we even had a balcony! There was an air conditioner, a fan, and an air purifier in the room, which made our stay comfortable—even during the hottest month of the year. The garbage was taken out daily, and we had no issues with cleanliness. We really appreciated that we received extra towels, not just one big one per person. There’s a small night market just two minutes from the apartment—we recommend trying the banana chocolate roti there! There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, along with many amazing cafés and restaurants. We used a laundry service that was also very close to the apartment. Although we rented a scooter to get around Chiang Mai, the Old City is only a 20-minute walk away. A huge plus: the family who owns the apartment complex is incredibly kind. Dr. A, we hope to see you again soon!:)

It would have been nice to have a few basic utensils in the room, but otherwise, everything was great!

Our room was massive. The building feels like a converted factory or school with the red brick facade very pleasant on the eye. 15 minute walk to old city wall and most of the temples were very accessible walking distance from here. Two different types of aircon and air purifier were very welcome indeed in 38 degree heat. The young lady who checked us in and looked after us was an absolute joy. She provided us with utensils when we brought back take out. She had a smile on her face from start to finish. Massive big bed in a massive room with a side walk ideal for drying clothes. Gave us lovely little local trinkets upon checkout. Classy
