Firstly, the room looked exactly like the room booked. We were not shown one set of photos only to be surprised upon arrival. Also, the rooms are fairly new and very good value for what you pay. The owners are the nicest people and provide you with unlimited drinking water, fruits, cookies, Coffee, tea, etc. He even contacted us when we had forgotten something and offered to drive it to the airport (so nice). We loved the room, had a proper computer desk, fan, AC in the ceiling (not wall mounted that cools one side of the room) and fridge. The Room was actually the 40m2 that was advertised (unlike other hotels that tell you a certain size and when you get there the room is 20-50% smaller). Love it. Best value in 2 months of travelling across Indochina. They also, accept credit cards without a surcharge.

We loved the location. but some might not like it. There is Minimal Bar that has live music and affordable beer every night within 2 min walk. Lots of Café's and restaurants with a more authentic feel.

The floor has never been cleaned, and the towels have never been changed.

The place was very good the service was amazing from Dr A we really enjoyed our stay we will return again and really recommend the place, really happy with everything :-)

Will come here again when in Chiang Mai. clean room and linen. Nice to have all of AC, fan and air purifier in the room. Quiet and residential neighbourhood but still very close to everything. Friendly and helpful staff and owner.

not very important for us but the wifi connection in our room (4th floor) was not good.

Lots of free water and nice room.

Not a lot of natural light in the room. No view at all. Location wasn’t great and the last minute booking price of 4000 baht a night wasn’t worth the money.

The clean smell of the bedsheets and the great size of the room. Nicely decorated with all lyou need. Nothing fancy or pretentious but a great place. The owner is also very nice and welcoming and speaks great English.

This is by far one of the best properties Ive ever stayed at in Thailand! Owner was very kind, caring, accessible and accommodating. Spacious beautiful and thoughtfully decorated rooms in a very quiet location. Hot water and water pressure, wifi were all excellent. Complimentary fresh local fruit and beverages were provided daily in the lobby. Very safe and comfortable for solo female travellers. I will definitely book again and highly recommend

The room is very homey and relaxing.

Soundproofing should be improved. Even low conversations can be heard. Cleanliness can be improved as well.
