Staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent with plenty off choice, delicious biscuits in our room replenished every day, location was right on the sea front, also a lovely decked patio surrounded with beautiful tubs and flowers with comfortable chairs which was a bonus, there was a lovely view of colwyn bay from our room, a great base to see beautiful wales from. Staff very hard working and welcoming.

Room was small and had a mixture of miss matched furniture which was tired and dated, the two hard wooden chairs by the window were not comfortable and need replacing, No sign for car park ? however room was very clean, bed was really comfortable and we had a good stay.

The breakfast was so so good and very filling such that we did not have lunch during our stay. We just ended up having drinks for lunch. The location was ideal as we could go out visiting other places in North Wales such as Bangor and Anglesey.

The entrance to the car park is not sign posted so caused us a bit of a problem. Apart from this, everything else was just perfect.

Food very good and plenty of it. Owner and staff very friendly. Very good sea view. Had a good patio just outside the front door.

Parking was a tight squeeze because i had a van.we had room 2 toilet wasn't good at flushing.
