Everything, very friendly staff,very clean and breakfast was great .

Location was great breakfast was delicious, Marie and staff were so pleasing looking after everyone and nothing was any problem, had a lovely holiday

Good location on the beach. The fruit was nice for breakfast. They allowed me to bring my other child when their Summer school was cancelled.

Very dated and old fashioned decoration. The vegetarian breakfast was cooked with the meat and it felt very awkward to try to negotiate an actually vegetarian breakfast so we didn’t feel safe to eat anything. Our room was small, and didn’t have proper blinds so it was way too bright. It smelled musty. The child’s bed was very hard and the duvet was synthetic. You can’t eat or drink in the room, so we had to stand in the alleyway to have chocolate! We didn’t feel comfortable or particularly welcome. You have to book parking so we parked on a back street somewhere.

The room was very clean and the location was good

We requested an early breakfast but that was not possible. Limited parking.

The location is perfect ,there is a good choice at breakfast the staff are very good and constantly check that we had enough to eat. There is a stair lift to the first floor but no easy access on the steps to the front door

The hotel is dated and has a musky smell on entering the reception.the pictures in the room had dust on the top as did the headboard of the beds the sausage could be of better quality and cooked better. The single beds are very narrow and the breakfast service doesn't start till 08.00 . there is no parking on site,but if you are lucky you can park for free on the next road.there is a very good bus service passing the hotel to Rhyl and Llandudno.the toilet has a sanitation notice on which should be removed before use , however this one is permanently stuck to the seat,so you have no real indication of where the toilet was last sanitised.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast was freshly made to order each day and the range of food available was excellent. Supplies of tea and coffee to the room were also generous. The twin room was comfortable and clean.

I found it a bit of a struggle to understand how the temperature gauge on the shower worked.

Breakfast was too early 8-9am but did ensure we had a full day to explore

The room had a sea view and was so big. It had a double bed, armchair, wardrobe, dresser, drawers etc and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. It was so lovely sitting in the arm chair looking out at the sea.

The staff like to ask you what you want for breakfast after you've eaten which I found a bit hard. That's just a personal thing as I like to decide on the day but I understand it helps eliminate food waste. The food was amazing.
