It was amazing value for money! The host/owner is so friendly, nice and helpful. The location was perfect too for where we were going (Leas Cliff Hall) and there was a handy co-op shop across the road. Parking was easy and the bed was really really comfy! Definitely we’ll be back if we’re in the area again. :)

Nothing, we loved it all! For sensitive sleepers I recommend bringing an eye mask and earplugs as the curtains do let a little light in but it wasn’t an issue for us (I always bring eye mask anyway!) :)

Great location, great host who couldn't have been more helpful, room was spacious and very cosy in terms of being heated. Lots of places to go for breakfast locally.

Decor and bed linen would benefit from being up graded but what the heck! it was a family room and probably gets a fair bit of usage and kid abuse! Its was spotlessly clean and staff cleaned and tidied up every day.

It was near the station, it had free parking, the owner was really nice and friendly and accommodating. He pointed out the best places to go and made us feel really welcome.

Great place, great room and Mikes a great host, helped us with parking our motorcycles. Well placed for a short walk to town centre and harbour.

Owner went above and beyond to call me to make sure my car was safe as I left the window open whilst I had walked into the town. Very welcoming and had a chat too. Room was good to stay over and good to have parking right outside.
