The room was very clean , it was on the first floor and had big windows onto the road

The en-suite was very small. The was basin was so small you could only wash your hands in it. The mattress on the bed was very hard, too had for my liking.

Location was excellent, a short walk to the town centre with all it's amenities

The parking area was a bit small and I suspect if the hotel was busier, there wouldn't be enough space.

What did I like? What didn't I like? We LOVED our stay at Sunny Lodge. Mike was the star of the show. Very friendly, welcoming and a good bloke. Hotel within a stone's throw from the train station and close to where it's all happening. Gorgeous and well-kept garden, to have a cuppa in the morning.

Mike, who greeted us was so welcoming & friendly, he showed us round our room. The room was a great size for 5 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. A great distance from the Eurotunnel. I would highly recommend to any family.

Excellent location. Only minutes from the Shuttle. Room was basic but spotless. We had an ensuite which was nice. The owner was very welcoming, a very pleasant man. A very nice stop on our way to Spain.

Brilliant location very close to town centre and train station. Spotlessly clean and well appointed room. Friendly staff especially Michael the owner. Thoroughly recommended
