The breakfast was good and the young lady serving was friendly and helpful

It's not truthful to describe this as a boutique hotel. Checkin is by lock box and there is no reception, bar or any staff present. The room was on 2nd floor with no lift. The approach down an unlit alley is off-putting to say the least especially for a single woman. The restaurant is closed 3 days a week and no pubs locally served food after 8pm. The seaview was obliterated by scaffolding. Overall very deceptive and disappointing for the price.

Booked harbour view, I appreciate building maintenance needs to take place but our view was scaffolding. Would have been nice to have been informed prior to arrival. This was the same for both rooms booked.

The breakfast was amazing. If you miss out on that you are missing a great experience. The room was compact but had everything we needed. It was very clean and a nice experience.

This isn't a criticism as such, it is just to make people aware that nearby there are working fishermen and so they start early. You could hear them from the room we were in.

the view and the bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was super tasty
