Rocksalt Rooms

Liked the room and breakfast. Chose the room so that we could eat in the restaurant, which was excellent. The harbour location was very enjoyable to explore - perfect for an overnight stay.

Bathroom shower was open and soaked the floor in front of the washbasin and mirror. Not good for teeth brushing and applying makeup. A shelf for sponge bags would be helpful in a very small bathroom.

Die Lage am Hafen ist perfekt und man alles zu Fuss erreichen. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.

Schade war, dass das Restaurant nicht geöffnet war, es war einer der Gründe für unsere Buchung. Wir wurden zwar kurz vor Anreise darüber informiert, aber es steht keine Information dazu in booking.com. Das Frühstück wurde dann auch als Picknick auf das Zimmer gebracht, es war aber eher schwierig, da es keine Stühle und keinen Tisch auf dem Zimmer gab.

We liked the rustic style and proximity to the restaurant and enjoyed breakfast outside, overlooking the harbour.

The room was too hot so didnt sleep well. The heating was on all night. We were able to turn radiators off once we realised.

Position and room was comfortable.

Bathroom was a little cramped and on arrival the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest.

The location is fantastic right near the sea front and it has an amazing breakfast. Really glad we stayed here. Will visit again. Robes and a comfy bed. Staff are amazing and had a great welcome.

We didn’t know you had to register at the restaurant to obtain the key. That wasn’t clear.

Close to restaurant comfortable rooms

Cld have done with an additional light over the large mirror as quite hard to see.

Very comfy bed/bedding, plenty of heating and hot water, fridge with milk and oat milk alternative. Easily controlled shower. Vegan cooked breakfast asked for at the time of booking was delicious.

Nowhere to hang clothes except on the back of the door with one hanger supplied but the room was too small to accommodate a wardrobe.
