The breakfast was ample, with fruit, eggs toast etc. There was plenty, served by very accommodating and helpful staff. The view from our balcony was amazing looking out over the Bay.

The room was basic, and the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough but the view made up for any short falls.....

location was perfect 👍 the beach is located in front of the hotel,the ladies who served the breakfast where great and trying to make you happy all the time

the washroom where a not dirty they don’t clean only come and make the bed 😩

The close proximity to other hotel we needed to go.

First of all, hope you read this carefully. This info is up-to-date. I am a hotel owner from Finland and know that sometimes there are minor issues when running a hotel. I have travelled in over 60 countries and this is the first time to write truly bad review. I have been to local guest houses and also hostels. We came yesterday late in the evening to this place and were very tired. Nobody had cleaned the room for us: sheets were stained, floors were dirty with bugs, bathroom messed by previous customer. Also the property is actually about 1 km from the premium location where they show to be on booking.com (photo) The manager Kisha is ignorant on having any chat or improving or settling anything. We needed to leave earliest thing in the first morning even though we had booked longer stay . I understand lots of small issues, but this kind of dirtiness and underestimation of customer I have never experienced in hundred of places I have stayed around the world. If you find any other places even with a way more higher price I suggest you to avoid this place. The first thing you see when you arrive is carps at the small pond by the reception. They are struggling for their life. Also truly sad was the 10 year old boy who was beated by the relative behind the bar counter. This is my true advice. Please avoid if possible.
