Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff! The cleaning lady left the key to our room in the door. So anybody in Grand Baie had access to our room, because there is not even a 2 door between the street and the rooms. Not really clean and the hotel didn't see any renovations ever. The breakfast was also not good, instant powder coffee, really dry bread and croissant, we got some dirty butter and fruits. Do not let you blind by the sea facing rooms and the location, this hotel is not worth 10€ per night.

Location for the view of beach .staffs are mostly elderly people and very helpful to meet your expectation at their best . Very close to grandbaie centre and public beach for island boat services.. nice beach clubs next to property for chill beer and food..dont forget enjoy local Phonix beer..
