"Amazing value and facilities"

Fabulous place. Huge room with conservatory. Shared kitchen to use. Shared bathroom. Everything you could possibly need and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Great pub 15 mins walk away with amazing food.

Although we booked a little late and then arrived early we were welcomed with a smile and much needed cup of tea Andy was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome.

Very clean cosy . Andy was friendly . Comfy bed

The lady who eats all the food bit rude think she was a guest. But not a issue with the stay would stop again
