This was a lovely location. Made very welcome. Offered use of kitchen and very comfortable.

The kind friendly people and the host was brilliant.

Great location in the countryside, very peaceful, nice views.

TV in room was quite small.

Andi, the owner is a very nice guy , very helpful, chatty and friendly. The accomodation okay with some other people staying there who were all very friendly and helpful, especially Tina.

Friendliness of host and other travellers, clean, tidy and welcoming. Central for many good places to visit. 5 stars

Parking a little difficult when several people are there, and I would have preferred a kettle and tea facilities inside the room. However everything was available in the kitchen/diner.

Very comfy bed! The kitchen was fully kitted out and everything was available to use which was amazing.

The room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in months, gathering lots of dust and dirt. At night, the place smelled greatly of weed (inside the bnb) which was slightly off putting.

It’s comfortable and clean and Andy is a really friendly person.

Could have been better organised. Leak in ceiling. Bed needs a new mattress.

Lovely place to stay with beautiful views acros.s Bodmin Moor (occasionally glimpsed through the rain!). Lots of space and everything provided for self-catering stay. Andy is a very helpful host.
