The Host was very pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable

The location was a little isolated

Andy was really welcoming and gave us info about the area and the roads. Our GPS took us the very, very 'scenic' route from the village. Andy gave us directions that were easier on the nerves. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked, which we were invited to take advantage of.

We didn't research properly and the property didn't really suit our elderly parent.

We were sole occupiers, and location and arrangement just what we wanted.

Basic accommodation of the beaten track. Owner very welcoming. Great value for money. Would recommend it as long as you just want a clean and not expensive place for the nighrq

Very nice host and he was very helpful,I recommend him to anyone looking for a place to stay in Launceston.

Beautiful area. The building and rooms themselves were lovely and very cosy

I wouldn’t say there is anything I didn’t like. However there were a few things i would update for example the handle on our door made it difficult to be quiet to when opening so we didn’t disturb other guest and was a little hard to open. As well as the random faucet looking thing in the room where a sink use to be was a bit random.
