Que estaba muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo

El recepcionista de gafas era muy brusco a la hora de hablar, no pido una sonrisa de oreja a oreja pero si un poco de suavidad en su manera de comunicarse

I had an uncomfortable experience with this property due to the owner's behavior. When I arrived at around 11am, I did not ask to check into the room early. I only wanted to leave my bags and settle payment. However, the owner immediately reacted aggressively, saying he had not started working yet. Although he eventually let me into the reception area, the interaction felt unnecessary and hostile. The next day, I checked out of the room at exactly 11am as required. I remained quietly in the shared kitchen area afterward, which was empty and not obstructing anyone. Around 2pm, the owner confronted me aggressively, shouting and yelling profanity, demanding that | leave immediately. Even if there were expectations about leaving the property after checkout, this was never communicated in advance and does not justify aggressive or disrespectful communication. Because of the way I was treated, I would not stay here again! Thanks but no thanks

Very clean and tidy. Good facilities.

Found the receptionist distant. This may be due to the language barrier. Just seemed surly

Very close to the museum of Auschwitz, free parking so you can just walk over there while staying in the guesthouse

Very friendly staff but only spoke polish to us so we couldn’t ask for instance where to find a good restaurant in the neighbourhood

Bisogna specificare che le camere economica, bagno in comune e letti castello.non vengono forniti asciugamani .forse sarebbe più un ostello che hotel.
