Location and the village

A bit noisy since it's literally on the main square of the village (this is both good and bad)

Charis the host is amazing, very nice and kind! It was worth the stay to get to know her. The guesthouse itself is clean and beautiful although there's no AC in the room (there is a nice ventilator but for very hot days it might not be enough). Breakfast was great and included exactly what we needed.

No AC in the room but according to the host the entire village of Makrinitsia has no ACs in it.

Even though our stay in Pilio wasn't long, Yannis and his mother Hara made sure it was unforgettable. The room was squeaky clean, had the best view right at the center of the square and the family was so helpful and polite. Thank you so so much, we will definitely visit you again! 🌼

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was central to the village.

A less cramped room, with soundproofing from exterior noises, e.g. stray dogs howling throughout the night.
