Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much ch trouble. Room was clean. Location is ideal for walking to shops and restaurants.

WiFi was sporadic. Parking very tight. No staff after 16.30. There was an emergency number. Spa facilities are a 30 minute drive away. Spring from one of the beds protruding. Tiles cracked in bathroom. Shaver outlet rusty. Towels ripped and frayed. Breakfast was plentiful but a bit dried out.

Very good location, clean room and amazing staff.

The only downside of all our experience was that the electric shower had no pressure, but we had the option for the jacuzzi bath.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgable, I had a few issues with my stay which they resolved immediately. The breakfast was well worth the money it was very good. You cannot fault the location of this property you can walk to Windermere high street where there are some shops, restaurants and bars.

The bathroom was quite dated along with some of the appliances in the room which I raised during my stay. There isn’t any blackout blinds or curtains so once the sun is up you are up which in the Lake District isn’t a bad thing as lots of beautiful things to see
