Good price for the area, short distance to local attractions and towns. Good breakfast.

Breakfast starts to late at 8.30 , if you have a schedule to keep you are missing breakfast. Toilet drainage needs to be improved as it smells a bit.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful.

Bed was uncomfortable. Noisy could hear room next door bathroom / toilet flush.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD, CLOSER TO WINDERMERE THAN BOWNESS BUS STOPS OUTSIDE HOTEL VERY HELPFUL

BED AND PILLOWS VERY HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. NO GRAB RAIL IN SHOWER NO SOAP TRAY IN SHOWER DUVET WAS WARM BUT DUVET COVER WAS WELL OVER SIZE AND TUCKED UNDER MATTRESS MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO GET OUT OF BED. DOOR CLOSER VERY STRONG, MAKING IT DANGEROUS WHEN SLAMMING SHUT.

Loved it. Very nice property. Friendly staff. Room was ready early and was clean and fresh. On site parking. Comfy bed. Great breakfast. Good location. Easy walk to town or lake.

The only negative was poor water pressure in shower

The choice of breakfasts was excellent. The young staff were very pleasant + friendly every morning. The lady in charge obviously was leading by example. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady on reception gave us great advice on where to go to eat,drink and places to see.The 555 bus to Keswick was a bonus.

Couldn't find fault with this hotel.
