Lovely place. Great location between Windermere and Bowness on Windermere. Very large, clean comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. One lady even loaned us her personal phone charger when we lost ours, for which we were very grateful. Good car park, and we were allowed to leave our car there all day on the day we were booking in. A major benefit considering the outrages car park fees in Windermere. Overall a great hotel you could really look forward to returning to after a hectic days exploring the Lakes. Thouroughly recommend!

Only gripe, we were given a late breakfast slot of 9 30. That was no problem, but it felt really rushed. Cooked breakfast arrived before I had a spoonful of my cereal I was really dissappointed with that!

駅から少し歩きます（15分くらい？）ので、大きな荷物があるなら、タクシーがいいかも。ウィンダミアのにぎやかな通りを抜けていくので、苦にはなりませんでした。受付の女性もフレンドリーでした。翌朝早くにヒルトップへ出発するので、せっかくのイングリッシュブレックファーストがゆっくり食べられなかったのが心残りです。

階段しかないので、大きな荷物があったらつらいかもしれません。われわれはロンドンに大きな荷物を預けていきました。

The room was very spacious and the staff were friendly, great location had everything you could want on a short stay. Our room had a separate entrance which was great we didnt bother people with our comings and goings. The stream at the side of the property is amazing and the outside seating area was tranquil listening to the water and the wildlife

We had the room with with the whirlpool bath tho the bath was amazing it was missing alot of sealant between the top of the bath and the bottom of the tiles. Also the room was below the dining room and did become slightly noisy in the mornings with footsteps. It didnt bother us however if your one for sleeping in be wary of this when booking this room.

This was our last stop of our Scotland road trip and did not disappoint . The room was large and very nicely decorated. We were greeted by a lovely lady who gave us a recommendation for dinner in an Italian restaurant a 10 minute walk from from the hotel , it was amazing . We had a lovely breakfast the next morning before leaving to head home .

Well run guest house with lovely staff and a good breakfast.
