I WAS NOT TOLD ON ARRIVAL THAT I HAD TO SELECT TIME SLOT FOR BREAKFAST, SO ENDED UP WITHOUT ANY, AS I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY. NOT QUITE CLOSE TO CENTER OF WINDEMERE.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean room with an excellent shower. Outstanding delicious top quality breakfast with a very good variety. Very good location for both Windermere and Bowness.

We liked the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful, the sitting areas downstairs had plenty of games if you wanted to use them. Plenty of parking spaces.

The room we stayed in at the front was noisy due to traffic but we still had a good nights sleep

The room was simple, clean, and comfy and well stocked with little extras. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was table service and the food was great. Had parking.
