Mr. Pradeep is very helpful and courteous. He arranges everything..Breakfast is very good and authentic Kerala style. The location is good. Just 100mt walking from marari beach. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and gives very rustic and homely feeling. Best spot to enjoy a beach vacation with family. Away from hustle and bustle. Must visit place for every family

"Home Stay with a guide auto assigned :)"

Pradeep and his hospitality is unmatched,a guide, a host, a travel buddy, a house chef, and at times a house help, add to that you get his auto ( actually a four wheeler Tuktuk if I may :) at your disposal. Pradeep arranged for our shikara ride, ayurvedic massage experience, took us around in his vehicle - of course there is a fair rent Associated for all of these. For a home stay its a great place, you should arrange or discuss with him for food arrangement in advance specially if you are going with KiDS because its not a commercial area. About food - Appam made by amma, veg curry and then just perfect egg curry for dinner made our stay special. PS: Open shower in the garden is a delight. You dont see beach from room but its at a Stone throw distance. If you are not fussy for a hotel like experience, place is worth booking for a simple cosy stay as a couple/friends n family.

Nothing much, just that availability of food can be issue for some. So go planned or with prior discussions.

a minute walk to beach from the room. we can go to beach anytime. Marari beach is clean and less crowded than Alleppey beach. home made food prepared by Pradeep’s mother was delicious. They are very kind and caring. Highly recommended to stay here.

it is away from Alleppey city center. so it would be better if you we have own vehicle to roam around the Alleppey.
