Amazing hostess. We refer to her as 'friendly lady' when we chat about our stays. She could not have been any nicer and really added to our stay. The onsen was also excellent. The whole hotel was super clean. I absolutely recomend this hotel!

If you arrive late, it may be difficult to use the onsen as you need to book a time slot. Did not matter for us, but worth noting if you're visiting in busy periods.

"A very peaceful and picturesque stay on the lake and right at the base of Mt Fuji"

Just loved our stay here, couldn’t have asked for more. The host was wonderful so helpful and friendly, the large warm bath and the very peaceful location in the green countryside were just what we needed! We also had great bikes to use. Highly recommend!!
