Cleanliness

the room was extremely small and did not match the pictures displayed on booking.com. We traveled with a baby, the room was so small with a double bed, we could not place a baby cot. You are met with a shower enclosure at the entrance of the bathroom and it’s a very tight squeeze to get to the WC. When asked the owner of the property (Nick) for a bigger room, he said you didn’t pay enough £49 reduced from £69, must pay £100 or more for a slightly larger room. When mentioned that the room isn’t as shown in the pictures, he replied that well his other half (Bea) is a very good photographer !!. This felt like deception and we booked another hotel for the night. No apology, no refunds and no consideration for an 11 month old baby was offered. Wouldn’t book them again. Please see the photos.
