Why do people give the place poor reviews? I found every part of my stay excellent. The staff were absolutely superb. The location is brilliant. I could find nothing wrong with the place whatsoever. Great value for money. 5 stars 🤩

My bedroom on the second floor was very clean and had a lovely view from the window, and I had the best night’s sleep as the bed and duvet were so comfortable.

The lift was rather noisy so I was glad my room wasn’t too near it.

We absolutely adore the Commodore. Incredible location (none better). Staff have become like family. Will always return here! Amazing people include Luke, Kit, Jordan, Zach, Lilly, Sarah and Polly. They are THE BEST! 🍒 Also, there is a LIFT!

As usual there are some minor cosmetic issues that would make appearances better upstairs. Cosmetic only, so we overlook them

Excellent location. Staff fantastic, went above and beyond to cater for my needs, friendly and helpful. I didn't eat in the restaurant but the menu looked very good. The hotel could do with updating but apart from that, value for money.

The location and views

The bedroom as the window wer broken and was cellotaped up to fix it :( didnt like the people who came into the pub as a guy wee rude and crude and kicked off on my parents anniversary celebration :( there in the late 70s? And not the behaviour youd expect the msn wer drunk staff wer out there depth ,no security and should have been escorted off the premises for safety reason the man wer inappropriate
