Es war einfach fantastisch. Bei einchecken war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist super schön und sauber. Der Blick zu dem Bergen war toll. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen, es war sehr gut und zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr gerne wieder kommen und es weiter empfehlen

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely vibes with plants everywhere. Really comfortable and spacious room. Nice communal areas. Nice breakfast - the fruit salad elevates it.

Everyone is so friendly and cares about you, the minute you walk in. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have ever had in Peru. The showers were also excellent. The water is warm immediately and the shower pressure is just right. There is good Internet throughout the whole building. The value for money is really outstanding and if I ever come back to Chachapoyas, there is no question where I'll stay. Thank you!

El personal es excelente!! Nos hicieron sentir en casa. Gente amable, servicial y muy amigable. El hotel es impecable, super limpio. Nos hicieron reserva del tour a Gocta. Sin duda volvería.

El cuarto daba a la calle y puede ser ruidosa a horarios muy tempranos. Más allá de eso, no tengo nada malo para decir.
