I really loved my stay at Chachapoyas. My room was exceptional with super comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and then the most incredible views from the balcony.

My only disappointment was that the private room wasn't available to extend my stay!!

It is very central you can go to placa de armas in 5 mins on foot, it is clean, breakfast is great, they have laundry service and personal is available to help you with organization of activities. Also the hotel is very beautiful, from the roof you can have a great view of the city. Strongly recommended.

Tout était parfait ! L’hostal est spacieux et très agréable. La propriétaire est super gentille, elle donne des conseils, elle est à l’écoute et très réactive. La localisation et la propreté rien à dire. Et en plus le petit déjeuner est très bon. Je recommande à 100% !!!

Amazing hosts- probably the nicest people of any hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Great rooftop. Super close to plaza & groceries and food while still being quiet.

24hr kettle access would be the only thing I could ask for♥️

El personal muy amable y dispuesta a ayudarte. En cuento a las instalaciones está muy bien cuidado absolutamente todo. Es muy seguro.

Sería perfecto si incluyen la toalla, entiendo que es habitación compartida pero la toalla es básica para higiene. Me eh quedado 3 días y 2 noches. O en todo caso especificar que no incluye artículos de higiene. Todo lo demás súper bueno al igual que el personal que atiende muy amable.
