Chachapoyas Backpackers Hostal Boutique

El hotel me pareció bastante cómodo y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. La cama fue cómoda, el cuarto tenía un tamaño adecuado para que estemos dos personas sin problema alguno. La ducha tenía muy buena presión de agua y el baño en general estaba bastante bien. El wifi en recepción es bueno, aunque en la habitación puede fallar un poquito. Ah, el desayuno me pareció rico.

La atención de personal excelente y las instalaciones super confortables

Everything. Janet & Michael couldn’t be more helpful and organized so many things for me before I arrived and during my stay. The rooms are beautiful decorated in a traditional style and everything is spotlessly clean. The location is also excellent, close to the main square but in a quiet street. This has been the best place I have stayed in South America on 3 seperate trips.

I had a private room and it was comfortable.

Lots of street noise from the neighborhood, and very noisy from other tourists yelling up and down the corridor. Even with earplugs, I had a hard time sleeping. It's a hostel and it's cheap, so know what you're getting into.

When i arrived early in the morning, i could go straight into the room and rest, It was very clean and it felt like a hotel, amazing hot shower, the staff is excellent, kind and helpful, nice terrace, good mattresses, i loved the place! The best hostel on my peru trip!

The only thing that could be improved is more cups, cutlery in the kitchen and more water to flash the toilet

What I liked best was the friendly and welcoming environment created by the owner Dona. She was very friendly and along with staff member Rosita, made me feel like I was at home. I noticed that they took good care of all guests. The property is in a quiet locale within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many eating joints, including a fully vegetarian restaurant. the decor is tasteful with indoor plants. The room was quite sufficient in size for solo travelers or even a couple. Cleanliness was a highlight. On the first morning, they served a standard breakfast but on request for some local fare, they made humita on second and third days of my stay, which was a really nice gesture! I recommend this Backpackers Hostal Boutique to everyone who wants to visit Chachapoyas.

Nothing that I did not like or had a problem with.

One of the best hotels I stayed at in my 3 months in Peru. For the price, the room was FABULOUS. It was huge with a balcony overlooking the city. The bed was comfy and the shower had hot water and good water pressure. The internet worked well. Breakfast was good. I got to check in early.

They did not accept credit cards. There was no filtered water. It took them many days (5 or 6) to clean my room, even though they said they were going to do it on day 3 or 4. My room was starting to smell.

It was clean, comfortable and well located.

The shared kitchen could do with some organising and cleaning/ made a little more welcoming.

The room was lovely. Very large with enough space for us and our luggage. The bathroom was great as well. Clean, warm shower with enough pressure.

Currently, some works are been carried out on the street. We had a street facing room and they started to work very early, waking us up. Wasn't that bad though as we usually started exploring early
