Chachapoyas Backpackers Hostal Boutique

Nice place to stay for one night. We had everything we needed at the room. Everything is in walking distance. Unfortunately the street in front of the Hostal is under construction and we had a little mold in the bathroom.

Very friendly and accomodating staff who keep everything spotless. Beds were comfy with lots of blankets and also amazing showers. My favourite part was the beautiful rooftop, with lots of plants and a view over the town!

Wall plugs didn’t reach top bunks, but not a huge issue.

Everything about the property was wonderful. Very clean and the terrace was a great place to hang out. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Very glad I stayed here.

The hostel is really close to plaza de Armas, perfect for doing the tours in the area. The hostel is very clean, they have really good breakfast and the lovliest an most accommodating staff :) Thank you so much!

This is more like a hotel than a hostel and the common areas inside and out are lovely to hang out in. Breakfast was lovely too and all of the staff I met could not do enough to help you in any way they could with bus advice or local tours etc.

That early morning rooster call all across the city🤣 everyone must have hens in Chacapoyas!

A lovely, characterful property with lots of plants and nice four bed dorms with hot water. I liked the rooftop space with the communal kitchen and the area for washing clothes. The staff were wonderful - one noticed that I had a stomach ache and made me some tea, another helped retrieve my trousers when they blew off the washing line and onto next doors roof! Overall very good value and a nice place to come back to after day trips around the region
