Very friendly and helpful staff, the garden is fantastic and a welcome change from the environment just outside the property. The rooms are clean and well maintained and have great little balconies to have a cool drink to relax after a day of enjoying the wonderful tourist experiences of Phuket.

We travelled as an adult multi generational family and used hotels as a base/ relaxation. This was a base only as we had trips booked for both days so we knew we were not going to be spending any time in the hotel itself so it didn't need to have facilities. it is a great budget hotel with a large room and dining table, lounge space, kitchenette and seperate toilet and shower room. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but my hubby loved it! There was a small terrace but there were cats all over it lol.. so you could not really sit on it! The grounds are cute, and overall the hotel was functional which we needed it to be. Location wise, it was opposite a road that led to the beach. The restaurants, bars and shops etc were lining the street in all directions so you will be spoilt for choice. Although if you head into the beach area the prices go up slightly. We walked to the beach and left and found the coolest Jurassic crazy golf course... which we went into mainly for a break and a cocktail at the stone bar, but realised it was golf and played... it was such good fun! We could have eaten in lots of places but we opted to try and find a restaurant with good trip advisor reviews, and walked for miles, then realised it was literally up the road from the hotel and we had done a huge loop.. lol... but that is what cocktails before dinner does! We had to arrange our own transfer for the next location because the hotel staff, while gorgeous could not understand English very well, (not their fault completely ours for being so ignorant) .. but when the staff realised that my parents room had had a problem with flies coming up out of the toilet for the two days we were there (which we didnt report, as only there two days, and keeping the toilet lid down stopped them getting in while out) .. they were so apologetic and kept coming to us to say sorry! 7/11 right opposite, but this is incredibly busy all the time - breakfast ran out very quickly... if you want to eat and run! Overall a great base hotel, no frills, perfectly functional for what we paid excellent value. We did 2 trips from here The Hidden Forest Elephant Sanctuary, completely ethical an hands off - and a boat trip. Central to Karon beach and Kata.

I wonder why TripAdvisor does not have an option to chose just family, no teens. The review about this hotel is overall good. The rooms are spacious and clean. They do not clean the room everyday, unless you keep the signage on your door to clean the room. Hotel does not have any breakfast, only some tea and coffee amenities in the room. Beware that there are lots of mosquitos and get anti repellent spray from nearby pharmacy. The oatak road where hôtel is situated is pretty busy with lots of fruits vendors, 7 eleven, pharmacy and bank around. There is particular shop for fruits on the way to Karon beach, make sure to stop by.

We were very happy with this acomodation! If you choose it, you will stay in a beautiful garden, all of the rooms have garden view, away from the traffic, but on the main road. 5 min walk to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean and nice rooms. The owner is the best!

Amazing stay at this hotel, truly a small oasis of Phuket with beautiful facilities and breathtaking garden. Great staff and big thank you you to the owner of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

This hotel is right on the main road. But the rooms are very quiet and in a lovely garden. It is basic but they have a large REAL refrigerator for storing insulin, fruit, milk as well as a freezer for freezer bags or whatever else you need to store. The staff are lovely and very helpful. When I needed a piece of Thai kitchen equipment, they offered me one of theirs! They drew great maps for us to get to the other hotel where friends were staying.

the garden around the small inner allee is green and pretty, the place is clean, the reception space is pleasant. otherwise, the small bungalows are really small and dark, because of the small window. if you like a sunny room, this is not for you. the bed is not too hard, comfortable. the owner is obviously a good grafic artist, and a kind reserved introvert man. besides drawing on a piece of paper how to reach the beach (not far, south karon beach), he is not informative about much else. simply says 'i dont know' when asked about transportation options around, etc. his cat was in heat, serenading around the garden all the time... i like cats and this was not a problem for me, but he knew it might be problem for others and acted shy in asian way. altogether fine, would not go back because of the dark room.

We have a good stay here at this point lace on karon beach, only 5 mins walk to the beach front. Good thai resturant next to the resort. The room is good size and the owner is kind and helpful. I would recommend ths place.

The owner waters the flowers every morning by himself, the lobby faces the road but the guest rooms are inside the backyard so its a nice hideways from road noises and tuk-tuk loud music (Some tuk-tuk played very loud music when passing the road). The owner was very friendly and told us the direction to the beach without us asking. Very affordable price and cool weather at night. Daily housekeeping and free 2 bottle of mineral water everyday. Bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. They dont provide it in the bathroom, or you can buy from seven eleven right across the road for cheap price. It has hot water. Wifi and TV didnt work but it did not bother us. Its bungalow type hotel so you wont hear any noise from upstair guests Will definitely book again if I visit Karon again :)

This is such a lovely place to stay! Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. We had a room with 2 twins with air con. Your room is in its own little mini house with a beautiful garden surrounding it. It was quite nice the way this place is designed. It's like a little escape from all the hub bub of everything.
