Living Room Guesthouse & Cafe Bar

Absolutely amazing guesthouse in a perfect location , close to the beach, bars and restaurants however not too loud allowed a peaceful nights sleep, the rooms are spacious and very clean with a brilliant food menu and a smashing full English breakfast! Craig and the staff were amazing and very helpful, would recommend to everyone and will hopefully be back again!

Cozy lovely room, amazing location and great and helpfull service, it is easy 10/10 for us. Our only regret was that we rushed and forgot to leave tip for cleaning ladies at the end. Thanks for beautiful stay

We loved everything. The position is perfect...near the beach and many restaurants. It's also near the bus stop, so it's cheap arriving from the airport using the 100bath bus. We used the small room but I felt in love with it...it's just the right size and it has a lot of accessories for a perfect staying. Mr. Craig is a wonderful host and it was very helpful.

The internet works for WhatsApp, YouTube and simple apps. I had to use zoom for work and it was not so great...so just keep it in mind if you need the WiFi for work.

Craig and Pim were there to meet us when we arrived and to give us some useful information. The room was huge and very clean with everything you'd need, we were only there for a few days but you could easily stay for an extended visit. Location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants around but the guesthouse is down a side street so it's not too noisy at night. Brilliant food too, and we really appreciated that every day the cleaner would fill up the kettle so we could have a coffee in the room as well as leaving a big bottle of water in the fridge every day. Thanks for a fab stay!

Friendly owners, very clean and spacious. Great location to access Karon beach on foot for sports event. Loved our stay.

Another property similar name. I got dropped off at wrong one even though I showed Thai driver location in Thai language. Google maps weren’t good either and I spent a lot of time walking around in the heat carrying a heavy backpack going in the wrong direction. Needs to be rectified.
