I liked everything! Craig the owner was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, we had a package sent to the hotel and we weren't there but he toke care of it. The room was really nice and clean, got a fridge and a boiler, the bed was very comfy. Coffee, water and clean towels every day! Very close to the beach. We moved in four different places during our stay in Phuket and this was the best place so far.

Everything ,Craig ,wife and staff all super helpful , Great location and superb food . The shower is the most powerful i have ever come across . You will not find a better guesthouse for a stay.

Perfect location, close to shops, bars, restaurants. Only 5 min walk to beach. Craig the owner is very welcoming. Room was clean and tidy, everything functional well.

Perfect place to stay in Karon. The room was clean and very spacious. Craig is a lovely guy and cooked us a great Full English at the café/bar downstairs. Can't recommend enough.

The place is very clean and very well looked after, shower has amazing water pressure (which isn't obvious in Thailand) and you get a bottle of water and coffee each day for free. There is a great restaurant on site and Craig and Pim are fantastic hosts. Highly recommend
