Die Lage direkt am Meer mit Blick aus der Hängematte ist super. Belebte Umgebung schnell erreichbar. Super nettes Personal. Das Restaurant kocht sehr lecker. Die Besitzer sind beide super lieb.

Café is good

I booked this hotel specifically so I could get a good night’s sleep after the Full Moon Party. I had been staying in a hostel before, but I wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable for a couple of days. I returned from the Full Moon Party at around 6:00 AM and was woken up at 11:00 AM by loud construction work right next to my room. When I complained, the staff told me it was impossible to stop the work and promised it would be finished within an hour. It wasn’t. They offered me a different room, but the room they suggested was a much cheaper category than the sea-view room I had already paid for and booked for two nights. Instead of addressing the problem, they repeatedly told me to take it up with Booking.com, even though the issue had nothing to do with Booking and everything to do with the hotel. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were extremely rude and showed no interest in solving the problem. They also promised that the construction work would not continue the next day, yet it started again at 10:00 AM the following morning. Ironically, the hostel I stayed at before was far more comfortable, quieter, and much friendlier than this hotel.

If you value your vacation, your sleep, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

Highly recommend this establishment... Located within walking distance to town and 20 minute walk to pier. Located right on the beach with beautiful visas and pool. Rooms are impeccably keep and of generous size. Restaurant and bar facilities on site Staff are extremely helpful and kind. We will/are returning for another stay.
