The deck had holes in it

Well operating and very lovely place to stay! We booked a family room and really enjoyed the size of the room, comfortable beds and relaxing on the terrace. The pool is also great with sunbeds and view of samui. A big thank you to all the helpful and friendly staff!

For the health and safety of your staff and guests, please stop using toxic air freshener when cleaning the rooms. It is totally unecessary chemical coktail that takes away the fresh air. Just open the doors is enough for real fresh air. Also the room walls grey colour could be replaced with a more lively holiday colour. Thank you!

The deck needs replacing, holes in the deck, boards are rotten. Easy fix ??? Accident looking to happen. Please fix

De l’accueil jusqu’à mon départ, tout a été parfait. Le staff est souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions avec gentillesse. L’établissement est idéalement situé, les pieds dans l’eau, avec plusieurs espaces pour se détendre et s’isoler au calme. Entre la piscine, les terrasses et les hamacs privatifs pour chaque chambre, tout est pensé pour le confort et la détente.

Everything was good but the water have smell and also salty

Should be responsibility because. When I check out. At the parking I forget to put. My phone stand. After 3 hour I come back to check. The receptionist and security respond wasn't found 😕
