It was a overall nice property, everything was clean and ready for us when arriving

When booking, we had the option to select a mid-stay clean for £0. Once we arrived, we were expecting and hoping for the cleaner to come in and tidy up. However, no one came, so we contacted the staff, who informed us that it would incur an additional charge of £40. Our main needs during our 5-day stay were simply new towels and some toilet paper. It would have been much better if we had been informed of the £40 charge for the mid-stay clean beforehand, rather than after the fact. With only a day and a half remaining, the last-minute charge felt unnecessary and not worth it. We ended up having to use kitchen roll to dry ourselves after showers, which was quite ridiculous. It would be common sense to provide us with new fresh towels for a 5 day stay. Our towels were soaked by the second day there and we had no where to leave them for them to dry. Having a £0 mid-stay clean option that then requires an extra payment without clear communication isn’t ideal. Aside from this issue, everything else was fine.

Was very clean and felt comfortable here, there were also complementary biscuits to go with a hot drink if you wanted

There weren’t enough towels for me and my partner to both shower and the two towels provided were not normal sized towels they were very small

Location was brilliant. Apartment was lovely. Details to get in were clear and concise and in a timely fashion.

Kettle was travel size so could only make two hot drinks at a time and had to do the third separately.
