Very peaceful and clean.

There was no enough plates , appropriate glasses the like of wine glass etc catlery as a whole.

The staff was friendly and available, the room was clean and well air conditioned.

I wish there could be a broom and a bin in the room for small messes.

Everything about the place was fantastic... Druza big up Mei bro enjoyed the hospitality

Friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady that seems to all the cleaning. Nice outdoor area (swimming pool, seating, barbecue area). Comfortable bed. Secure parking and facilities. Only 15 minute drive from Pilanesberg Park gates

The location is in a town with little appeal for tourists in itself - a few basic bars and food offerings - all requiring a car. The room had a couch in the living room but the TV was in the bedroom - which seemed odd. The bathroom had a barely functioning concertina door.The car parking spaces were inadequate when the guest house is full (as happened on our second night)

The staff was very rude, the lady in charge of the place. I was detained in the premises for breaking the juice glass i tried to speak to the owner to replace with the glasses we had. The owner refused and they locked the gate and not allowed us to leave until we pay R50. The owners husband swear at us calling us name and promised to beat us up we called police as we were afraid for our lives. The place is clean just the staff (Lady) in charge of the place don't have any respect for guests.

Management to train the staff so they can deal better with Guests

location was fine. the rooms were ohk too.

their paint inside the rooms. Not good for someone with sinners. the air conditioner blew some dust it seems they don't switch them on.
