I was from an event at Sun city,the event ended a bit late than expected they were patient enough to wait to for us I really appreciated it

I can't complain they really meet the expected standard

I liked the pool area

The family room have a small wall-drop and one shower it doesnt have a bathtub

Clean and felt safe

1. Had a room for 4 yet only given 2 towels (1 big, 1 small). Asked for more towels and was told no owner said only this. They will wash them in the morning for us. Strange because on arrival we were offered two separate rooms which would've given us more towels. We had to insist on four towels. . 2. Returned at 6pm and kids wanted a swim but couldn't because they had added chemicals in the afternoon. This should be done after hours. Pool was green but usable. 3. Not proper cutlery for 4 people. 4 plates, 4 knives, 1 spoon and no forks. Asked for forks and was loned one. 4. Property is well lit at night which is good, however, room curtain are near see through, was like sleeping in daylight. 5. Owner has a driving school business and the staff stay and park on site. First morning the guy is up early playing music loudly waking us up. Second morning again up early but operates a big truck which is loud and noisy and beeps in reverse.

There was no breakfast option.
