When we got there they haven't even prepared our room. There where people walking around with beers and drinking. Thr place really did not look at all like the photo. It was so bad i booked another place that was cheaper and it was much nicer. I would like my money back please.

TV, Bedding and overall room cleanliness.

Roof ceiling condition, Cracked bathroom basin, bad shower head working condition and noisy staff/guests in the adjacent rooms/passage.

Nothing at ALL

once we arrived,we.needed to wait almost an hour to go inside our.room,I had a baby with me.Un helpfull staff,cant register the gate on my phone because my phone i s not prepaid Cant communicate with the staff,the MANAGER cant talk either,I complain but he cant speak or even try to keep a client happy.We packed our bags and went home,didn't even stayed the night.

The location is good

I booked my stay a few days in advance, but when I arrived, my room was given to someone else who had booked last minute over the phone. I was left standing there while they made a last-minute plan for me, which felt like a personal room they quickly made up. At first, they tried to place me in someone else's room, I suspect it was the owner's room because her pajamas were still on the bed, with a shared bathroom — definitely not what I paid for. The same owner who instructed her staff to give my room to the people who booked last minute. When I called her to complain, she quickly said she was in Durban and can't help I must call Tshepo, I assume her son. Who also wasn't helpful at all. After I pushed back on that room, they made me wait over two hours while they cleaned and prepared the main bedroom, also one of the family member's rooms it seemed. The room had no microwave, the sheets didn’t fit properly, and the aircon barely worked, again not what I paid for. At least it was clean. In the morning, I couldn’t even bath or shower because there was no hot water. The most frustrating part was the staff constantly blaming the mix-up on Tshepo, claiming he doesn’t tell them when someone books — even though I made the booking three days prior. There’s a computer in the reception area, but clearly, it’s just for show if they can’t manage basic bookings. I’ve stayed here before. It was never amazing, but it was decent for the price. Unfortunately, the ongoing lack of proper management and this latest experience have put me off for good.

We were welcomed with love. Myself and my daughter felt safe. Beds were extremely comfortable. When we stepped out, they came to put our heaters on and most awesome thick blankets. We slept like babies! My little girl said she would rate the Guesthouse 5 star. The highlight to her was the electronic shower haha. The people were so welcoming and we were surrounded with people who's hearts are filled with God's holly spirit. Could come and go as we please because of the telephone to gate method. Everything was fantastic. The plants in the garden are so nice and the paving was swept all day. Clean and safe was my "yes" and we received so much more. Thank you Irene and staff. I didn’t feel safe on the property - my room directly face the gate Staff noisy at night as they move around doing their work The air conditioning wasn’t working

The rooms are not as depicted in the photos. When I arrived a lady was on the phone with someone else, trying to figure out how much I paid. She did not greet me, she just asked how much I paid. I did not feel comfortable staying there and left.
