Every thing. They were not prepared for us. We booked a room for 3 and were meet with 2 single beds and a room of the night before bottles.

That what is advertised and what you get in reality is not the same. nothing was working correctly IE TV lights and not clean.

Although some of the facilities are very basic, we loved the staff. Manageress Cheryl and her team were marvellous and made our stay one of the best we had while travelling around South Africa.

More organised kitchen with plates etc.
