Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Betten perfekt!Lage sehr ruhig. Direkt am See. Kajak, SUP und Fahrräder darf man benutzen. Das sehr gute Frühstück wird von Roland mit Liebe zubereitet. Er ist zu uns gewesen, als wären wir schon lange befreundet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great location in a safe neighbourhood Check-in was quick and easy Lovely clean rooms and was pleasantly surprised to see the room had an electric blanket which made cold nights so warm and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

We loved everything about our stay at In Toto, and will certainly be back. The location on the water's edge was perfect, our first floor rom was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, with a wonderful view. Roland is a great host, who made us feel completely welcome and at home, and he prepares a great breakfast!

This place was beyond great, it was superb. Amazing room with own fully equipped kitchen. All of the communal areas were spacious and comfortable. The position right next to the lagoon was a bonus. Our host for the 3 nights was the delightful Renee, who did an amazing breakfast and was so helpful in recommending places to eat ( Montecello and VDM Bistro were both excellent) and to visit, some places a little more obscure than the obvious ones. This made our stay extra enjoyable.

"The best venue and host in Sedgefield by a long shot."

The venue is immaculate in every sense and the host is simply the best you'll ever encounter. I cannot describe how brillaint and tentative he was to our needs and beyond. Goes above and beyond what their standard offerings are to see to your needs. The location is so peaceful and the local scenery magic.

Nothing, everything was beyond expectations, there is not a single negative to report back on the venue, the host or anything related.
