Cypress Cottage Guest House

Casa holandesa do século XVIII, bem clássica, jardim muito bonito, e uma piscina no fundo. Anfitriões extremamente receptivos, fomos recebidos pelo Etienne, e pelo mascote da casa seu cachorro Daniel, nos deu inúmeras dicas do que fazer na cidade, e ainda orientações sobre o nosso roteiro futuro na Garden Route. Os anfitriões farão você se sentir em casa. Recomendo fortemente este lugar.

It was comfortable and welcoming. Etienne greeted us with a glass of sherry. The room was lovely with attention to detail eg an electric blanket. Pleasant outdoor area to sit or family lounge to watch TV or read a book from Etienne’s extensive library. Breakfast was excellent served on china in a lovely dining room

We had to stop to swellendam before hitting the road for oudshourn. We were so happy we selected this place as it is very well situated and everything is within walking distance. The host made sure to make our stay comfortable. He even came to fetch at our car as it was raining heavily. Also sleeping in this cottage gives you a unique experience as it’s old and antique and for us it was amazing . The dog was so cute and also the cat . We will definitely be staying there if we redo the garden route . Thanks again for making our stay comfortable.
