Location

The room we were given was NOT the room I booked. It was very small and cramped. Substandard bedding and towels. The establishment did not know of my booking despite Booking.com sending me confirmation of the booking. Booking.com was blamed by the receptionist.

Space to Small make it difficult to move, no milk for tea, old towels.

The staff were really great when asked for help. Access control and parking were good.

There was min/no wifi available in my room. There was no toilet paper or toilet paper holder in my room. Fortunately the room opposite me was open and unused so I stole that room's toilet paper. There was no water - I think a municipal problem. However, when I enquired, the friendly staff said they'd turn on a pump which fixed the water situation.

There was no breakfast and the GPS or Google Map was not working because of network

That I didn't sleep for 2 nights as expected, as I was lost on the first night and th number provided was not working I ended up returning back home in Nkomazi

The property is close to city centre

There’s no water you have to call them to turn the pump on
