Loved staying at the Viavia. Yasmine was super nice and helpful. The pool was great after a day of exploring the city. Quiet place in a lively neighborhood.

The coffee was quite bad unfortunately. Comfort of the room (quality of air conditioning, mattress...) could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at Via via guest house!! - it is really well located, near streets with a loooot of restaurants/coffees/shops. - The staff is simply amazing and ready to help you if you need help for anything. - our room was comfy, with functioning AC and we were sharing the bathroom with just one other room - It is a really peaceful place, with a enjoyable outside garden and swimming pool. At the beginning we thought that it would be a big busy guesthouse/hostel. But we discovered a relaxing atmosphere where it’s also easy to meet people. So solo travelers, couple or family welcomed Bonus : even if you can use the kitchen, they also have the Via Via restaurant near by (5min walking) that serves really good smoothies bowls! Recommend!

Super nice staff, especially Iswe and Jasmin. They were extremely helpful and fun to talk to. This is a place with soul. Nice swimming pool also.

We were woken up by people talking cleaning very early morning and late night. Our room was next to the reception, perhaps not the best for sensitive sleepers like myself. Anyhow, we still stayed almost a week.

During the day staff was really nice and helpful, suggesting trips, helping with transport etc. In general the hostel is really nice with beautiful garden incl pool and chill area

1) in the room water was dripping from the ceiling and one wall was completely wet and mouldy 2) there were cockroaches and ants in the room regularly although the hostel itself is clean 3) one night at 3am a group of 4-6 young men came inside the hostel grounds, jumping shouting and playing in and around the pool. The reception guy didn't react and just played with his phone until everyone was awake. Don't know why/how they even got in
