Le personnel est sympatique, exepter qu ils m ont propose des excurisions beaucoup plus cher que la normale.

Je ne comprend pas comment cet hôtel peut etre aussi bien noté. Il fait super froid, il n y a pas de chauffage et les douche sont ouverte sur l exterieur. L eau chaude dure pas longtemps. Pour moi c etait une mission de prendre ma douche. J avais super froid. Il y a une douche à l etage pour toutes les chanbres. Alors au debut j attendais à chaque fois apres quelqu un pour qu on me dise finalement qu il y en avait des 2 autres en bas (mauvaise communication). De plus j ai demandé une couverture en plus, on m'en a donnée une pleine de feuilles.

Great hotel that also offers help with tours and private transport as well. Amazing breakfast with homemade freshly baked bread (host is also a baker) and good food for lunch and dinner (burgers, pizza, focaccia). We had two wonderful days here and got to know the lovely hosts as well. Very friendly and I highly recommend staying here.

The bed is very comfortable. The yard/garden is so beautiful, quiet and tranquil. The kitchen has everything you need. Very well located, just two block away from the main plaza. All the good restaurants cafés are just around. Above all, the host Kari is really sweet and kind! She gave me so many recommendations about food and even draw a handmade map for me, then walk me to the restaurant and helped me with ordering typical food because I don’t speak Spanish (which is a shame). She gave also a lot information on transportation. I wish I could return to this place one day.

Very nice and helpful owners. Thank you for all the tips, the map of the waterfalls. Rooms clean, toiletries and a towel included. There is also a good restaurant and laundry on site. In addition, I received a beautiful postcard as a souvenir

Breakfast was amazing. Showers had good hot water that lasted just long enough for a shower on full pressure (turn down the pressure and I’m sure it lasts much longer) Staff was great. Nancy was very helpful even though she couldn’t really speak English (and my Spanish is worst than her English. She did speak almost fluent French). But husband Alfredo was great with English and helping me plan my stay.

The place is really nice and comfortable. Nancy was a great help to plan my trip in the area as I just arrived to Peru from Ecuador. Their hostel has a chill vibe but also very social. They made me feel at home :)

There is no kitchen as there is a restaurant (with good food! thanks to Alfredo) but you can borrow plate and cutlery.
