Good value for the money. Owner is very friendly. Peaceful and calm surrounding and a very clean room. Highly recommended.

Great value. Owner went out of his way to make sure we got off the bus in the right place and organised a last minute safari. Bundala park was very close. Also great price! His wife cooked us a lovely meal for when we returned. In general very helpful with advice where to go next.

I had a wonderful morning safari arranged by Mr Kamal with a very good guide and driver, Mr Chuta. The Natural park is wonderful and we could see a lot of birds and also mammals. My accomodation here was Lagoon Inn with two very kind and helphul hosts and a lot of very good food. I highly recommend Kamal Sahari and Lagoon Inn Guesthouse.

Regular room with Aircon. Great location if you want to visit Bundala Park , wonderful for birds' watching. Big tea cups at a good price. Terrace in front of the room to use. Also big terrace at the ground level. Tower for birds' watching available on more less 2nd floor level

Nothing interesting around except Bundala Park. Next to a busy road what can be an asset if you wanna catch a bus

Need to be careful about your money. They can "forget to get your change and claim you gave less money. Breakfast far from expectation.

Location perfect to visit Bunala National Park. Friendly welcome and excellent well priced home cooking! The couple went out of their way to help . For the price point this Inn is exceptional value for money.

A great location, close to Bundalla National Park. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Lagoon Inn has a very relaxed vibe, and the hosts, Kamal and his wife, are beautiful people and very helpful when it comes to tips about the area, transport, etc. Kamal organised our safari and it was fantastic. It was very relaxing and it felt like we had the park to ourselves, unlike the larger, better known parks. We saw plenty of monkeys, elephants, birdlife, crocodiles and even deer, although only briefly.

The only small criticism was our bed. Not as comfortable as some and a little noisy when you moved about. But overall, Lagoon Inn is great value for money.

Very easy access to the national park! Literally borders it. The owners arranged the safari for me - I joined with 2 others and we paid 10,900rp each - the safari was incredible and so quiet, only 2 other jeeps and we saw so much!! You can have all meals at the accom too for a reasonable price. The pumpkin curry was amazing.

The room was clean and nice, but the bed was veeery squeaky!! It woke me up whenever I turned over in the night. While it’s great the property is so close to the national park, there are huuuge crocs literally in the canal beside the accom which was cool but also scary. Also there is nothing to do in the area other than your safari so 1 night is definitely enough.
