Lovely quiet room with good facilities including a fridge. Convenient parking and very quiet.

I hadn’t realised that the pub wasn’t open during the week so was disappointed not to be able to eat there.

"A gem of a place"

What a super friendly pub with rooms! We were treated like long lost friends from our arrival to when we left. Skillington has a gem of a place here and it would be a great shame if it had to close due to lack of use, so come on villagers and beyond - use it or lose it! A special mention to Helen, lovely lady so happy to help with any needs. She serves a great pint with a smile what more could you want. Also a very special mention to Jo one of the locals who extremely kindly took us to the wedding venue! Thank you again so much such kindness goes a long way. We wish Helen and all who work at and use the pub all the very best and if we’re ever in the area we won’t hesitate to drop in and/or stay. Best wishes Amanda and Graham

"Excellent"

Nice space for the night, including tea/coffee provisions. Very clean, comfy beds and nice cottage feel. Handy location for an evening drink in the pub yard.

"Perfect for my needs"

Simple accommodation which fitted my requirements perfectly giving excellent value for money. Very quiet and cosy. I would definitely use these rooms again

If I had to find a fault it would be that the fridge is a bit loud but I just turned it off before going to sleep and didn't open the door until I needed it in the morning at which stage I turned it back on.
