Nice and clean

Did have excess for drink water, couldn’t make any tea, coffee and can’t cook coz don’t have gas facility. If you wanna make tea, coffee so you have to fill water from bathroom sink in cattle. Which is a disgusting thing to do. Moreover, don’t have good excess to watch TV like if you wanna watch TV then have to sit in chair in little dinging hall, can’t enjoy TV from bed. As well as, blanket was very heavy.

It was okay. The photos made it look really clean and newish. New bathroom sink . They provided coffee and sugar plus teabags. Off road parking.

No milk in fridge when i arrived, which is really unusual . Floor in bathroom and around skirting boards really dusty and dirty. Dirty walls. Bed mattress protector was filthy as if never been changed. I spoke to them about it and it was changed. Noise from traffic really loud, ( no fault of owner ). Only an oil heater for warmth. No kitchen sink to wash dishes had to use bathroom sink. Shower is needing fixed. Mold etc bottom right of shower. Tv not able to be used unless you connect with your phone. No wifi to use. No kitchen just a microwave and fridge. Whole place not cleaned properly.

Location was good, king bed was great & large enough for us (incl 2 little ones), lots of blankets provided & tidily presented. Shower has good pressure, good communication from host. Fine for a 1 night stay.

Not quite as expected as the photos online must include another property, basically a converted garage to sleepout. Did not realise there was no sink until email from host, was a bit strange leaving dirty dishes in a bucket. Oil fin heater was insufficient heating for the space in winter.

It was cold and damp Mould on the bathroom windows Heater was inadequate Washing machine on back porch of main house did not rinse properly. Was not aware at time of booking that there was not a kitchen sink or hot plate Electrical set up and power board was dangerous ( in my opinion).
