"Comfy and affordable"

Location was great. The cottage was comfortable and well priced.

The photos indicate a stay in the house...it is a converted shed out the back of the house which is fine...just misleading. Unfortunately the gardens and lawn were shambles as was the outside furniture. However...close your eyes to this...the price and comfort were great.

"Quiet and Cute"

It's a nice place; it has all of the basics for somewhere to lay your head for a couple of nights. Reasonably clean and spacious, I like how the property had a keyless entry!

The TV is hung in a weird place; I thought it would be in the seating area, not the other area. The other bed was a Futon; I don't believe this is mentioned.

Size of bed

Wasn't expecting the overall snall size of the place. No sink. TV would be better in by bed.. Couldn't watch TV where situated. Needs darker curtains. Wasn't serviced either..

Booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Arrived after midnight and had to make the second bed. Not sufficient sheets for that bed and sheets on main bed were too small Roaches in bathroom and bedroom DIRTY - Grubby marks on walls, blood splatters on bathroom walls/door and floor. Crumbs and old food beside chairs and on top of fridge. - not suitable for long stay as only a microwave available for cooking. - no separate place for cleaning food dishes, only the wash basin in the bathroom. - not enough dinnerware and cutlery for 3 people. - towels were not changed during our whole stay (1 week) and no way of drying them after use - grounds are over grownย  - king studio is an old garage that has been converted. No air flow unless you have the frontdoor open but occupants of main house sit on back porch right beside. - no heating or aircon. A very dirty fan was provided.

The spaciousness, the bed was the most comfortable ever, the hosts were so helpful and genuinely welcoming and lovely. The only thing missing was a kitchen sink however the use of the washing machine was a wonderful bonus. I will highly recommend this place. Weโ€™re so grateful for the wonderful stay.โ˜บ๏ธ Thank you so very much โ™ฅ๏ธ

No kitchen sink. Our culture does not allow us to use the bathroom at all for washing any kitchenware. But we managed by purchasing kitchen wipes.
