AUthe space is big, very quiet, but no air conditioning?
It said near the Capital, but it is about 31 streets away, and have to take a bus to be there. They required an electrically transfer room security deposit of USD$100 before check-in. Otherwise will not give me the code to get in the house. I was many accommodations, from 5-star hotels to Airbnb,I had not seen such requirement. It is not a hotel, but only like Airbnb. I was doing international travelling. No US telephone to use, no own internet to use, and my overseas telephone was not working at all in the USA. not able to meet this requirement. I arrived there, but could not get in, since I did not have the code to open the door! I then had to take a bus to go back, and borrowed some one’s phone to call them. Found a public internet to do the room deposit transfer. This took me lots of time. I had only 2 days in DC. It said to refund the deposit in 7 days. But I waited about 14 days, and still not got any refund. I then have to contact them for the refund. Now the refund is still not arrived my account yet!
USUSThe location was nice. I liked that you were close to the city without actually being in the city. I also liked that you could check in with just the code on the door.
If the Tv in the room could be a little bigger. Overall that is the main thing and not something we used a lot. Also the floors are a little on a hill so just making sure you keep your balance.
