宿泊当日まで親切にチェックイン方法を教えていただき、迷うことなくチェックインできました。 また、場所もウィンダミアの駅のすぐ近くで交通の便も買い物も大変便利でした。

湯沸かしポットを使おうと蓋をあけたら、カビが生えていると娘が言ってて、一度洗って沸騰させてから使いました。

"Worst yet we have stayed in at the lakes"

Breakfast not included would not have ate it anyway ,only good thing was location very central

Full place was not clean ,every area in room was painted black including the ceiling blinds did not open room extremely dark also poor lighting in hall struggled to see key code number on door handle to enter room ,carpets dirty very musty smell

that it was clean

So many of the facilities mentioned where not there: no private entrance, no garden view, no sofa and desk in the room, no microwave. the photos and description were misleading.
