Location.

Staff attention, cleanless, comfort. Has elevator but it does not work. A lot cigar odor in the lobby. See pictures better. I read the comments but really like to give a chance, as other times I found the places better than commented, but this it's not the case.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was central and walking distance to good sights.

Overall, it seems to be in a state of mid construction. The Elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. Unfinished Bathrooms. Originally put in the wrong room, even tho we paid for the upgrade. They rectified, but still an issue we had to convince them to change. Beds were not super comfortable. No coffee as advertised, etc. An odd dearth of electrical outlets.

It took 2 hours to check in, no people in reception

The hot water. It was very hot, hard to manage the shower

location, value for money is ok.

Facilities are simple, looks cheap
